Pound for Pound: My Aching Knees 06/15/06 J. R. Rogers | | For those who are readers of my column you know pretty much what my position is on Osteoarthritis. A top-quality liquid Glucosamine product; exercise; and, a sensible diet. |

I recently found out that the cartilage in my cervical vertebrae is deteriorating; as I was starting to get numbness and tingling throughout several fingers of my right hand, I was advised by my chiropractor to start taking glucosamine and chondroitin. (As usual, the MD's had no suggestions other than take anti-inflammatories for the rest of my life --I'm an RN and know what that does to your body over the long haul.) In addition, I had just started getting slight aches in some of my finger joints off and on over the last six months -- mild, but unpleasant and aggravating. So I started searching the Internet for supplements and found Syn-flex. After reading that it would rebuild cartilage, I decided to take a chance.
I can only describe my results so far as astounding. I am not kidding -- the numbness and tingling disappeared after one day. The neurologist had said I needed to be on prescription drugs because there's a lot of inflammation in the C-spine -- looks like Syn-flex took care of that! I found that if I accidentally skip so much as one day it comes back; take it again and it disappears. My finger joint aches have disappeared also -- totally.
You have an unbelievable product. It certainly does produce results.
I just recently ordered three more bottles. Thanks for your Syn-flex!
