An Update from Tim Burke 08/12/10 Tim Burke | | I am spending the day packing up and getting ready to head back over to Europe for six weeks. I can't wait to get back on the road and back racing, it feels like I have been home for too long. After spending many winters constantly traveling, I begin to get restless if I am in one place for very long. |
FootPower for Golf 08/12/10 William Breland | | Although the ankle is the most injured body part of an athlete, very little is ever done to strengthen the stabilizing muscles that prevent rolling in and out. |

The ski season is over for the athletes of Synflex 08/12/10 Tim Burke | | After enjoying a few weeks of down time, I’m back to training full time to prepare for next winter. It was really nice to have a few weeks where I didn't have to think about my next workout or race. I spent much of that time catching up with my family and I even managed to get away to the Virgin Islands for a week with a group of friends. It’s really important for me to give my body both a physical and mental break after a long winter of racing and I feel like I accomplished that this spring.
