To All Wholesale Buyers:
We are required by law to secure a copy of a resale certificate or equivalent document issued by the state in which you do business. To secure wholesale pricing, a certificate must be presented.
International Buyers:
As noted, all wholesale purchasers in the Continental United States must supply us with a resale certificate or a license to resell. Comparable documentation is required from international purchasers, such as a vendor permit or wholesale dealer's license.
All documents that are required, by your governing officials, for you to engage in the resale of products must be provided to us as a matter of law.
